When is MEGAMUN 2024?
MEGAMUN 2024 will take place from 28-10-2024 until 03-11-2024, but you can also join for 3 or 4 days
Where is MEGAMUN 2024?
MEGAMUN 2024 will take place in The Hague, The Netherlands. We have different buildings where we will host our committees. We will inform you where you need to be and we will make sure you get there!
What is the conference fee?
This will be announced soon
What is the age requirement/limit?
The age range is from 14 till 26 years. The delegates will be divided in three age groups: 14-18, 18-22 and 22-26.
Do I HAVE to sign up for all of the seven days?
During the registration process, you will find that MEGAMUN 2024 has three options: three, four or seven days! On the fourth day, there is a whole day dedicated to cultural activities; you might want to make sure you don’t miss it ;)
Can I register as a single delegate?
YES
Do we need a Faculty Advisor or MUN Director?
For schools it is required to have at least one MUN Director. For delegate groups/clubs, a Faculty Advisor that can serve as a contact person is needed. This can also be a delegate/student. For single delegates or Student Officers this is not required.

Frequently Asked Questions: during the conference
What do I need to do when I am lost during the conference?
We will host a 24-7 ''I am lost'' line during the conference. This is for participants who are lost location-wise, but also delegates who don't know what to do or are lost in any other way.
Where can I go if something goes wrong during the conference?
If you have an issue with a fellow participant, MUN director or member of the organisation, you can call our help-line or text the confidant.
If you have an physical issue, you can go to the first aid posts, there is one at every location!
I have dietary restrictions/allergies
We will cater to all kinds of dietary restrictions/allergies. During the Registration process you can inform us.
